Hi, I’m Susan. I build digital experiences that balance strategy, creativity, and human-centered design. My work spans UX/UI, instructional design, product development, and leadership. Often at the intersection of technology, learning, and systems thinking. I care deeply about building things that are both beautiful and useful, and about creating experiences that empower people rather than overwhelm them.
